Tru has just sent out communication that they will be performing essential upgrades on their systems during the weekend of March 3rd and 4th, 2012. The e-mail reads as follows:
On the weekend of 3rd and 4th of March we’re conducting some essential upgrades to our systems. These will help us offer you a better service in the future.
Unfortunately, during this time you will not be able to access the Truphone.com website, or top up your account.
You might want to top up your credit to ensure you don’t run out over the weekend. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

We don’t know what these updates entail quite yet, but we will look into this and update this post should we discover their purpose before March 3.
