RIM, BlackBerry World Phones, Research in Motion

Waterloo, Ontario-based Research in Motion has been working to restore its strong presence in the North American market while maintaining its dominance in the rest of the world. BlackBerry 10 could very well hold the key to their secure future, and from what it sounds like, it’s going to greatly benefit both individual and enterprise consumers.

According to N4BB‘s confidential source, Research in Motion is preparing to reveal its first BlackBerry 10 device in mid-August and will have the product in the hands of consumers by October.

As for what consumers may expect, the first device is said to offer a touchscreen only. For those who prefer the classic QWERTY keyboard, they’ll need to wait until the first quarter of 2013.
