HTC Desire, Dual SIM Android Smartphone, Desire SV

Some Global SIM users prefer to keep their local carrier SIM and their international SIM card in their phones at the same time to avoid having to swap them on the fly. Dual SIM phones offer this functionality, and the HTC Desire SV is the latest in a number of Dual-SIM wonders we have reported on.

The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich-powered HTC Desire SV has been officially announced in Russia, where it is set to become available before the end of November. With Russia getting the Desire SV so soon, other European markets will likely follow after according to what we’ve been hearing. This would make the Desire SV smartphone HTC’s second dual-SIM smartphone to hit the European market after the HTC Desire V introduced in June.

The Desire SV features a 4.3 inch WVGA display with Gorilla Glass 2, Beats Audio, Bluetooth 4.0, 8MP rear camera, 1GHz dual-core processor, 768MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal memory. These features aren’t too bad for a dual-SIM smartphone, and should prove to be a perfect device for any international roamer on the go.
