Skype World Calling, Free VoIP Internet Phone Calls, Call International Free

Microsoft’s Skype has just announced a new version of Skype Click to Call. The latest release highlights free calls in magenta and adds support for Mozilla Firefox 18, Google Chrome 23, and Windows 8. The update is also available for Mac, in addition to Internet Explorer and Safari.

Here’s the full changelog for Skype Click to Call versions 2.4 and 6.5:

  • Numbers which are FREE to call are now highlighted in magenta, so it is even easier to spot them while browsing the web.
  • Firefox 18 and Chrome 23 support (Click to Call is also available on IE and Safari).
  • Windows 8 compatibility.
  • Various performance and stability improvements.
