KakaoTalk App, VoIP and Messaging Free, Free Calling Apps

A new update from South Korea brings some fixes to the KakaoTalk application for Android, fixes that specifically target the chat room feature of the app.

According to the application changelog, the latest update — KakaoTalk version 3.6.3 — fixes a problem in the chat room that prevented a user’s bookmark from being seen properly, a problem that was seemingly very random. If you’re using a custom background image for the chat room, you’ll also be happy to know that the latest update removed the problem that caused the set background image to revert to the default image instead.

Finally, the notifications have been deactivated for those chat rooms that have their alert settings switched to “OFF” so users will no longer receive notification center updates in these cases.

The new update is available now in the Google Play store. Have you downloaded it yet?
