Rebtel for iOS, iPad Voice Calls, iPod touch calling apps

Hot on the heels of news that the Rebtel SDK has been released for Android developers, the good people at Rebtel also decided to upgrade their app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices.

The new update 2.5.4 doesn’t carry anything too earth shattering, but we’re always welcome to any kind of improvements from the offices of the world’s second largest mobile VoIP provider. With this particular version, the company has decided to spray for bugs in order to improve the overall functionality and stability, though the changelog does not specify what exactly these bugs entailed.

Most notable, however, are the improvements to the invite suggestions — they should show more relevant users now — as well as the overall improved invite functionality. These improvements should help make it a little easier for you to invite your friends and family to Rebtel so you can take advantage of even more free calls and text messages.

Ready to update? Point your mobile device to the Apple App Store and hit the update button!
