Nokia Lumia 925, Nokia Catwalk, WP8 Catwalk

Nokia is planning to unleash its Windows Phone 8-powered Nokia Catwalk in London on Tuesday, but that hasn’t stopped them from teasing the device via a TV commercial in the UK.

The new advertisement was first noticed by TechCrunch with a video discovered by The Verge and gives a little insight on the device’s camera capabilities. The title cards “More than your eyes can see” and “The new Nokia Lumia is coming” are clear references to a whole new Lumia.

As you can see in the spot, the device features a raised lens and dual-LED flash. Unlike previous Lumia devices (except the 520, 521 and 710), the camera featured is not surrounded in glossy black or silver plating. The shape and placement of the camera, the flash, and the branding are all consistent with previous leaks of an image of the device.

Nokia is also preparing a 41-megapixel “EOS” Windows Phone, which will reportedly feature a similar design to that of the “Catwalk” device. Recent rumors have suggested that Nokia’s “Catwalk” will be named the Lumia 925 and will have hardware specifications that will be similar to those of the Lumia 920.

The company didn’t show or disclose anything else in the video, but we don’t have long to wait for all to be revealed and we’ll be covering the London event here on TruTower.
