WhatsApp Messenger, IMing Apps, Messaging Application

There’s no questioning the popularity of WhatsApp. The cross-platform messaging app has seen phenomenal growth as of late across iOS, Windows Phone, and Android and boasts over 200 million users.

Speaking of Android, the latest update for the platform was just released by WhatsApp; arguably the most notable addition in this update, which carries the version number of 2.10.90, is the fact that the app now supports the Serbian language, adding to an already extensive list of supported languages on the messaging platform.

Another notable improvement is the app’s handling of address book duplicates. While it’s not specified exactly how the application improves the treatment of these duplicate listings, we can assume that WhatsApp address book listings should be more accurate.

Of course, the update also includes its share of additional bug fixes and performance improvements, as is customary with most updates. If you haven’t already downloaded version 2.10.90 for yourself, you can do so now through Google Play.
