imo messenger, instant messaging, VoIP calling apps

imo.im has been looking to spread across the world as much as possible lately, as can be seen from the app’s recent expansion to 30 new languages.

Now even more languages have been added to the mix. Specifically, these languages include Croatian, Polish, Hebrew, Ukrainian and Persian. As imo.im’s localization efforts continue, its appeal to users across both iOS and Android will grow as well (and hopefully Windows Phone users soon, too).

The new update also makes some notable improvements to groups. Users can now invite friends by email and SMS with newly rolled-out options built into the app.

Finally, as is customary with a new update, the latest version rolls out some new bug fixes.

Of course, imo.im still includes all of its usual features, including group chats, private chats, voice IMs, file sharing, voice calling and optional push notifications. The app is also still able to be run simultaneously on multiple devices to allow conversations to continue and conversation histories to be seen regardless of the device.

Check out the new and improved imo.im by downloading the latest version here. Let us know how it works for you in the comments!
