Nimbuzz app, Nimbuzz Messenger, NimbuzzOut

For users of Nimbuzz getting reconnected with your account hasn’t always been easy to do. Very often, we end up getting locked out of our Nimbuzz IDs for various reasons (forgotten passwords, forgotten IDs, etc.) and are unable to log back in, so we end up starting a whole new account. We’ve all been there.

Nimbuzz has heard the frustration and has come up with a solution: what it refers to as a “state-of-the-art self-servicing” feature known as Account Recovery, which can be accessed via the Nimbuzz Website or via the sign in screen on any platform.

If you haven’t already, you’ll want to input your correct email ID and phone number into your Nimbuzz account by tapping on Settings in your Nimbuzz app and visiting Nimbuzz Account.

After you’ve done so, if you get yourself locked out of your account, you can simply submit a password request through Account Recovery. If you’ve forgotten your Nimbuzz ID, you can also get your ID submitted to your registered email or phone number. There’s also a third option if you’re having other trouble accessing your account. All in all, Account Recovery aims to make your Nimbuzz experience a lot better. Let us know in the comments if it does and what else you’d like to see from Nimbuzz!
