Rebtel Logo, Rebtel App, Rebtel VoIP Software

Okay, it may not be the biggest update this side of the Android aisle, but we’re certainly not going to complain if it means we’re getting an overall improved experience when using our phones. That is exactly what the latest version of Rebtel (version 3.0.4) is out to provide.

Sure, there are the usual bug fixes and stability improvements that we’ve come to know and love whenever we get that “new update” notification on the top of our screens, but this new version also adds a little something extra: Your friends are added to your favorites list after you call them. This small change can make it a little easier for you to keep track of the contacts you call versus the contacts you message (although you can still add them to your favorites as well).

Rebtel’s last update brought the Arabic language into the mix for the app’s more than 20 million users. The app currently boasts 60% lower than average rates when calling mobiles and landlines in other countries when compared to national carrier plans and innovative features such as Keep Talking, which keeps you connected even in areas with low WiFi coverage without dropping the call.

Update to the newest version right here and let us know in the comments if you have any issues with the new version.
