WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp addons, WhatsApp news

Just about every week, the good people at WhatsApp push an update out to Windows Phone, doing more than most other calling and messaging devs do to keep users on the platform set with the latest and greatest features, and of course, bug fixes.

This week’s update, version 2.11.312, is one of the latter, fixing a pesky issue that affected users who had their languages set to either Arabic or Hebrew. Those who had either of these languages set as their primary language had trouble entering their verification codes, preventing them from even verifying their WhatsApp accounts in the first place. This problem appears to be fixed, although you can let us know in the comments if you’re still experiencing the issue.

Lately, most of the WhatsApp updates have been minor to major bug fixes. Last week, a “no routes” error was fixed and back on November 8, Arabic and Greek languages were added. All of these updates add up to a bigger picture — a more stable, feature-filled, and faster WhatsApp experience for all.

Download WhatsApp version 2.11.312 via the Windows Phone Store.
