imo.im, imo messenger, instant messaging apps

imo.im, the messaging app from Ralph and Georges Harik, has really been on a language-adding spree as of late. Back in September, the company added support for 30 languages and it has steadily multiplied from there, with five additional languages added in early October.

Nearly 50 Languages are supported on imo.im

Now, three new languages have been added on top of those aforementioned (along with some that were quietly slipped into the application during the month of November), bringing the total number of supported languages on imo.im to 46.

The three new language additions consist of Amharic, Swahili and Zulu, which are now available on Android as of now. No word yet on when these languages will be expanded to other platforms. This will undoubtedly make it far easier to communicate with friends and family the world over, even if they don’t speak the same language.

The latest imo.im app update is now available for download via the Google Play Store.
