WhatsApp for Windows Phone, WP Live Tiles, WinPhone messaging apps

While we anxiously await the arrival of audio file sending features in WhatsApp for Windows Phone, the company is continually pushing out update after update, keeping its title as the most active of all the messaging apps developing for Microsoft’s mobile platform.

WhatsApp’s latest update isn’t all that feature rich, but it does add a new language to the mix just days after Nimbuzz did the same for the platform. The language this time around, though, is Hindi, and it helps WhatsApp expand in areas where it might have otherwise been unable to get past the evils of the language barrier.

Of course, where would an app update be without bug fixes? These are also a part of WhatsApp version v2.11.350. If you haven’t already received the update on your device, it can be downloaded directly from the Windows Phone Store here.

Are there any other features or languages you hope to see in WhatsApp? Let us know in the comments below!
