ooVoo, ooVoo on Windows Phone, ooVoo download

An update was released less than 24 hours ago for ooVoo on Windows Phone devices that takes aim at a couple of annoying bugs that users reported when attempting to load their friends lists within the application. Thankfully, this release appears to have done the job of fixing these bugs, though you can post in the comments below if you’re still experiencing trouble.

The full changelog for ooVoo version 1.0.1.49 is as follows:

  • Fixed issue with long load times for friends list
  • Fixed crashes that were occurring when loading friends for users on 8.1
  • Squashed bugs!

ooVoo just recently launched on Microsoft’s mobile platform and the app has already seen quite a bit of popularity, garnering over 340 reviews as of this writing, which is only a small fraction of its total number of downloads, which is not yet available.

If you haven’t already downloaded the update on your Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 8.1 device, you can do so by scanning or tapping on this QR code.
