imo messenger, instant messaging, VoIP calling apps

A pair of updates have just been released for imo.im, with one for Android and one for iOS users. While the iOS update doesn’t really add anything new, it does make some improvements to video chat.

Meanwhile, if you use imo’s beta flavor to get the latest and greatest features, you’ll see a small but notable change: now you can long press any sticker to share it rather than having to go through the longer selection process.

Also notable in the Android update is the fact that imo.im made some improvements to the connection for messaging, so your messages should be able to be sent and received a little more smoothly overall.

These changes pail in comparison to the changes imo has been making as of late. The company has been launching a wide array of new stickers to replace the coveted emoticons in its messaging app and has just released a special version of its calling and messaging app for Amazon’s new Fire Phone.
