BlackBerry Messenger, BBM, BB10

BlackBerry has just launched a new version of its BBM beta software for users who want to test features before they’ve become available on the main application.

With the latest BBM beta (the fall preview) was announced today, and in it you can expect:

  • A new sticker picker to make it faster and easier to browse, select, and use the sticker packs you love.
  • High Quality image transfers by default – no more need to request an HQ image
  • Plus, Android users will be able to share what they’re listening to with their BBM contacts through BBM status updates

BlackBerry Messenger has 91 million users and with the recent launch on Windows Phone and its continuing support of iOS and Android, we may not have long to wait before it breaks the coveted 100 million user milestone.

BlackBerry recently launched a new beta version for Windows Phone devices as well.

The new beta can be downloaded here and BlackBerry says it will have even more BBM-based experiences “on the way this fall.”
