Nokia Lumia 710 Windows Phone T-Mobile

For those of you who are using either the Lumia 710 or the Lumia 800 with your SIM or App service, we’ve got good news for you: the time to Tango has arrived!

Today Nokia announced that the long-awaited Windows Phone Tango update for Windows Phone 7.5 Mango on those two devices has already started rolling out, bringing more WP functionality with them, including internet sharing and flip-to-silence functionality.

Internet sharing (also known as personal hotspot) allows you to share your mobile Internet connection over Wi-Fi with up to five other devices or computers. In effect, it turns your Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 710 into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot.

As for flip-to-silence, you simply turn your phone face down, and all incoming phone calls and alerts will be silenced, a perfect feature for avoiding work calls from the boss (not that we try).

Plus, once you’ve updated via your Zune desktop software, access to the Camera Extras software is but a download away. Those Extras allow Lumias to take Smart Group Shots, Action Shots, and add a self-timer and panorama mode. You can see all these great new camera features in action in the video below.
