WhatsApp Messenger, IMing Apps, Messaging Application

If you’re using WhatsApp Messenger for Windows Phone, you should be able to see an update waiting for you int he Windows Phone Store if you haven’t downloaded it already.

The newest update on the Live Tile block (version 2.10.529) fixes a few wayward bugs that were missed in the last WhatsApp update for the OS (version 2.10.523), which fixed an issue where certain networks were being stuck at the phone number entry screen.

The latest entry in the app’s changelog doesn’t go so far as to specify exactly which bugs have been fixed, which is quite common for minor background fixes. As a result, we can only speculate as to what was fixed, but it was very likely an update to help minimize crashing and speed up the application load times. Let us know in the comments if you notice anything worth mentioning in the new release.

For now, you can fetch WhatsApp directly from the Windows Phone Store via your device and stay up to date with the latest WhatsApp news by following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus.
