Rebtel for smartphones, Rebtel VoIP, Rebtel friends

Hot on the heels of an incremental update for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch that was rolled out a couple of days ago, Rebtel has also extended an update to Android users, pushing the app version number to 3.0.1 and adding a couple of notable enhancements.

The first of these is the extension of language availability. The application is now able to function in Arabic to allow even more people to stay in contact with friends, family, and colleagues from afar by removing one more language barrier. It’s worth noting, however, that app support is only being offered in English, Spanish, and French at this time.

Rebtel also added a function that automatically capitalizes the first letter of each sentence you type for you. While this may not seem like a big deal to some, those of us who love to make sure our grammar and punctuation are as neat and tidy as possible will certainly be appreciative of it.

Finally the new update also incorporates a few minor bug fixes and stability improvements. Get it now in the Google Play store.
