ooVoo for Android, Android tablet apps, ooVoo for tablets

While helping us fend off pinching leprechauns on both iOS and Android, ooVoo is also continually working on the functionality of the core application. To that end, an update has just been released for Android in which improving the overall user experience takes a firm front seat.

The new update adds a nice little “selfie” feature that allows you to see how you look during a call to make sure you are looking your best. You can tap on the video in the upper corner to be taken to a full-screen version of yourself on camera. It’s a seemingly minor addition, but who doesn’t want to look their best on video call?

The update also adds a missed call history for those of you who have ever missed a call and wished you could see who called. This is very similar to an existing feature on Skype, so should be familiar to many.

ooVoo also took the liberty to fix a few bugs in the application as well; you can fetch the new update here.
