Zello Walkie Talkie, Zello Channels, Zello Friends

After what seems like ages, it’s finally happened. No, we’re not talking about the fact that you finally broke the world record for drinking the world’s most souped up cup of coffee (although, kudos!). Zello has made its mark in the world of live tiles.

Zello first entered beta back in January before hitting a progressively private beta at the beginning of this month. Needless to say, it’s felt like we’ve been teased endlessly about the app’s official release.

Now that Zello is available for Windows Phone, even more users can partake in the channel-induced fun with up to 300 participants per chat. Zello will work over any 3G, 4G, or WiFi connection and is now available for free and with no ads to boot.

After you’ve downloaded the app and have had the chance to try it out for a bit, be sure to add our official channel for some random chat, and a tip or two if you’re new to the app.
