Truphone calling, Truphone messaging, worldwide calls

After releasing a newer UI for iOS users earlier this month, Truphone’s VoIP app on Android is due for an update as well. That update arrives today in the form of version 5.4.2.

What’s in store for you when you download it? Truthfully, not much, though what it does bring to the existing app’s feature set can certainly be described as useful. With version 5.4.2, you can now edit and delete messages, the only significant change to come to this version. Again it’s a small change to add a seemingly obvious feature, but should prove useful in a variety of situations.

The new version also brings Android tablet and smartphone users a new round of bug fixes.

If you haven’t already downloaded the update, you can do so now using this QR code or directly via the Google Play Store on your device. Don’t forget to join the discussion about Truphone in the forums and post your thoughts in the comments below.
