Nimbuzz for Windows Phone, latest changes in NImbuzz, Nimbuzz Messenger

Nimbuzz has really been showing a lot of support for Windows Phone lately. In September, the company rolled out dark and light themes to the platform and has been consistently providing bug fixes and performance improvements to improve the overall experience for users of Microsoft’s mobile platform.

Today, another update has been pushed out, enabling the ability to block unwanted contacts, something that is very important for any chat and communication application, as well as the ability to access your private chats quicker.

In addition, Nimbuzz has also rolled out a “badge notification” for chatrooms. Of course, Nimbuzz also provided the usual bug fixes and performance improvements in the new update as well.

Nimbuzz was recently the subject of a majority acquisition by UK-based telecoms provider New Call and is the latest in a series of messaging app acquisitions by companies.
