Partners can pursue certification of their own software solutions, or IT Pro Tools, in each category. As one of the select IT Pro Tools Partners, Unify Square is the only partner with the breadth of software to address every category in the Skype for Business lifecycle, including pre-assessment, deployment, provisioning, monitoring, reporting, diagnostics/troubleshooting and user satisfaction.

The launch of Unify Square PowerProv at Microsoft Ignite rounds out Unify Square’s coverage across the IT Pro Tools categories. PowerProv is a single source of user provisioning, phone number management and policy management that reduces risk and increases efficiency of enterprise voice for any global enterprise transitioning to Skype for Business. Using Unify Square PowerProv, IT departments are able to seamlessly manage on-boarding, updating and off-boarding users, while also centrally managing phone numbers and continuously enforcing business communications policies. IT organizations will be able to easily incorporate Unify Square PowerProv into either new workflows or their existing workflows. In early testing, the software has proven to eliminate more than 95% of the manual IT intervention to manage Skype for Business users as a result of its centralized and automated user lifecycle management.
