Motion CL910 Enterprise Tablet, Windows 8 Tablet Upgrade, Mobile Computer Business

As far as individual consumers are concerned, the Surface tablet from Microsoft is the way to go for all their Metro UI needs. But what about Enterprise consumers?

Luckily, Motion Computing has enterprise consumers covered with the 10.1-inch CL910 tablet, a new enterprise-oriented device that boasts a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom N600 processor, a 128GB SSD and Bluetooth 4.0 support. The CL910 retains the 15.5mm frame, SD Card slot, and Gorilla Glass and USB port of its predecessor. The tablet also includes a rather sharp 1,366 x 768 display.

At $1,260, the price is relatively low for other comparably rugged enterprise tablets on the market, and the best part is, the device will be upgrade-ready to Windows 8 so there would be no need to purchase another device when the new OS hits the world later this year.

The official press release follows.
