New iPad 4G, LTE iPad by Apple, iPad 3

A new report from 9to5Mac says the long-rumored iPad Mini won’t be the only tablet talk at Apple’s press event next week.

Their sources claim that the New iPad itself — which was launched way back in March — will also undergo a “minor” refresh (Lightning connector, anyone?). The storage capacity of the “new New iPad” will stay the same, as will the pricing.

One of the additional tweaks this newest iPad may hold is 4G LTE support, says a report from The Guardian, which may not benefit Truphone SIM users at the moment, but could benefit them in the near future.

Apple’s event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 23rd, at 10:00AM PST.
