Toggle Mobile SIM, International Prepaid GSM, Prepaid Phone Service

We’ve received unofficial and unconfirmed reports that Toggle Mobile, an international roaming SIM card provider based in the UK, will be expanding the services it offers in a big way this summer.

The United States is rumored to be getting local numbers from the company, expanding into territory also occupied by Truphone, Maxroam, and the newly-launched Doodad data-only SIM. Should this expansion prove true, this will make the fantastic Toggle Mobile service even better.

The company is also said to be tweaking its roaming registration process a little as well. One of the most notable possibilities we’ve heard, though, is that the company is looking to launch data bundles for all Toggle Mobile countries, which currently make up Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK. If the earlier report proves true, the United States will be in this list as well.

Of course, these reports are not yet confirmed and so shouldn’t be taken as official. Still, it’s definitely great to see that Toggle Mobile could be becoming a rising competitor in a market that certainly needs more.
