LINE App, social apps, mobile messaging

Notes are a great way to say hi, to send a message, or simply take a note as a reminder. Of course, these are just some of the more common ways note features are used, features like the one that just launched for LINE on Android.

The note feature was brought to 1 to 1 chats and gives users yet another way to communicate aside from the stickers, voice calls and messages, emoji, and Home/Timeline features such as comments and status updates. LINE is quickly turning itself into a Facebook alternative in its own right and having recently surpassed 200 million users worldwide, it’s well on its way to becoming one of the social network’s largest competitors in the mobile and PC space.

The new update doesn’t bring any new bug fixes or improvements along for the ride; it does, however retain the fixes from the app’s most recent update, and so far we haven’t run into any problems with the latest version. If you happen to hit a speed bump, let us know in the comments.

The new version is available in Google Play and we’re happy to offer up more LINE fun on the app’s official page.
