WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp addons, WhatsApp news

If you’ve been biting your nails waiting for a follow-up update to May’s WhatsApp release, you’re in luck. The app’s latest release, version 2.11.12 is now available.

The update adds a whole list of new features, including image multi-send capability and media auto-download settings. One of the most notable improvements, however, is the raised broadcast limit, which allows users to connect with up to 50 people.

Users will also be pleased to discover improvements in network and connection handling. Gone are the days when you’ll randomly disconnect and have to wait to reconnect. At least that’s what we hope. After this week’s WhatsApp outage, we’ve got a lot of WhatsApping to make up for.

Miscellaneous bug fixes for phone number verification, battery usage, notification tones, and emoji display are also part of the new update, which as mentioned is now available for download in Google Play. Don’t forget to stay up to date on all things WhatsApp via our official WhatsApp area!
