Skype for iOS7, Skype for iPad, Skype for iPhone

If you’ve been clamoring for a fresh new coat of paint for your Skyping sessions, Microsoft is more than happy to accommodate you; the company has updated Skype for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad this morning, bringing with it a nice refreshed look for iOS 7, joining other apps like Zello and LINE in supporting the new OS.

Skype for Apple iOS, iPhone calls, free calling appsIn addition to iOS 7 support, the update also brings some “accessibility improvements” as well as some general fixes and speed improvements to help smooth a few of the rough spots and provide an overall better experience.

We have been able to confirm that Kik Messenger has an iOS 7 update coming and rumors persist of WhatsApp for iOS 7 being in development. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on any others.
